Payment Methods:

Plum Pretty Sugar uses encryption software to scramble credit card information so that customer transactions are safe and secure. Credit card numbers are not kept on file. Plum Pretty Sugar accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Electronic checks are accepted howver, e-check orders will not ship until the individual check has cleared through the given bank. All orders must be completed online at www.PlumPrettySugar.com or by calling {310} 869.8366 Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. 

Sales Tax:

Plum Pretty Sugar is required by the state of California to charge sales tax to any order being shipped to a California address.

Domestic (USA) Shipping and Delivery:

Unless otherwise noted most U.S. orders (except bridesmaid orders and multiple item robe orders) ship between 1-3 business days via USPS unless otherwise notified. Shipping timing for bridesmaid orders and multiple item robe orders varies according to our current queue as well as fabric choices. We suggest ordering with as much advance as possible to guarantee each and every fabric choice.

Express shipping is available. Pricing is based on the weight of the order and given address once items are placed into the shopping cart. The deadline for next day/overnight shipping is 12pm/noon Pacific Time. Express shipping methods are Fed Ex and/or USPS.

Shipping confirmations including tracking numbers are emailed when orders have been shipped. Plum Pretty Sugar cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by unpredictable weather, natural disasters, custom clearances in given countries or general delays within the corporate USPS or Fed Ex systems.

Plum Pretty Sugar is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments.

International Shipping and Delivery:

Plum Pretty Sugar is based in the USA and ships USPS internationally to all countries. International delivery timing varies and is subject to custom clearances and various postal services in any given country. Accordingly, Plum Pretty Sugar is not responsible for international customs clearances and international postal service timings and availabilities.

Exchanges and Returns:

Plum Pretty Sugar exchanges items within 14 days of shipping. Exchanges must be received in their original, unworn and unused condition and enclosed in the original packaging. All exchanges must be exchanged by the purchaser and the original order number must be provided. In the event an item arrives in a condition where it cannot be resold, the order will be sent back and additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.

Plum Pretty Sugar does not allow for returns or cancellations at this time.

Out of Stock:

In the rare instance a fabric selection or item becomes unexpectedly sold out, Plum Pretty Sugar will be in contact within 1-2 business days from the date of order.
